Warwickshire County Council
Our priorities are firstly that we want Warwickshire’s communities and individuals to be supported so they are safe, healthy and independent with priority focussed on the most vulnerable. Secondly, we want Warwickshire’s economy to be vibrant and supported by the right jobs, training, skills and infrastructure. We cannot do this alone and we are continuing to look to our residents and partners in the public, private and voluntary communities to open up a new conversation with us to find solutions and different ways of working.

Volunteer Centre Nuneaton and Bedworth
Volunteer Friends serve the community by encouraging friendships, combating isolation and celebrating independent living. We do this by broadening horizons offering people greater access to the wider community at a social level. Our Range of services are delivered by volunteers and include: medicar transport, social transport, minibus transport and supported shopping trips as well as a range of community activities.

Guideposts
Guideposts formed in 1972 to support people upon leaving institutional care, or after diagnosis of long-term conditions, like dementia. We believe people live better, happier, more resilient lives in their own homes - connected to their own communities. Our practical & advice services, help them to live well and stay connected. “HERE” is a nationwide projection of those local information & advice services! Whitestone residents can access our HERE experts via the website, our telephone centre, or the Mi-Life independent living shop in Binley.
